its 3am and ive been up for hours

love not being able to sleep,

and knowing i have to be up in 4 hours.

Some times even the littlest things set us off on a different path.

it could be a few words. the right person.

but before a change can occur, on some level, you have to make conscious decision to want to change.

Hate can be a positive emotion if it forces us to change ourselves.
